CLC began offering education services as a training provider in 2001. During this time CLC has gained a reputation as a successful, flexible and supportive provider of traineeships and apprenticeships.
Funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency, and rated as ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted in May 2016. CLC actively promote partnerships with employers, schools, academies, colleges, local authorities and Job Centre Plus to offer high quality industry based apprenticeships.
CLC are passionate about building great relationships and pride ourselves on being adaptable to employers needs. We continue to build and invest in our services, products and apprenticeships, to ensure employers have well trained staff, delivering an excellent service which provides social and economic benefits to both individuals and the wider society.
CLC is led by our Managing Director and is supported by the Senior Management team who ensure the strategic direction of our business delivers the outcomes that benefits all stakeholders.
Our Training Team are all highly qualified and experienced in their vocational areas which guarantees they deliver an outstanding learning experience while our dedicated Learner Support Manager focuses on the welfare and emotional support of our learners.
The Quality Team ensures continuous improvement in all aspects of CLC quality assurance and our Data/Administration team oversee and control all aspects of the data processing and provide administrative support.
